Please note that this excludes the cost of any domain names you have purchased, which you will still own.

Price Freeze Guarantee:
The price at which you sign up for hosting is the price you pay for the duration of your account with Seagene - we guarantee you will never pay any more.  Please note: This guarantee applies to the hosting packages you currently own, purchasing a new package means you pay the price of that package at the time of purchase, but that too is covered by the guarantee and increases in price will not apply to the new package as long as you remain a Seagene customer. It does not apply to VAT, upgrades/plan changes or promotions, in which the rate for services may differ or additional purchased services (e.g. SSL Certificates) and domain name registrations. Although we make an effort to ensure that domain registration prices are competitive, they may be subject to change.

Cancel Anytime:
No contracts to sign and no minimum terms, simply contact customer services at least 3 days before you wish to cancel your account. Please note that pro-rata refunds are not given for yearly hosting accounts that are cancelled midway through the year.
